Maureen founded the Upstate New York-based creative agency, 29 Design Studio in 2007. Her team works with clients around the country in the food, beverage, and agriculture industries. She is also a founding partner of Metro Collective, a collaborative network of people, ideas, and shared space communities.

As a fierce advocate for the Finger Lakes, Maureen has played a major role in supporting scaling companies in the regional ag ecosystem. In 2019 and in 2020, clients of Maureen’s firm, 29 Design Studio took home big awards in the Grow-NY Food and Agriculture Competition totaling more than $1.2 million dollars. Maureen is an innovator who excels at leading initiatives that involve brilliant strategies, smart creative, and united communities. Maureen’s role in regional economic development includes ideating award-winning community-building campaigns and branding multiple economic development entities. She volunteers with local and international nonprofits and was nominated for an ATHENA award in 2019. Maureen was named Geneva, NY’s Business Person of the Year by Alignable in 2021.

Maureen has a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from Nazareth College. She resides in Clifton Springs with her husband Marco, has two young children, Maxwell and Penelope.
