YEA! 13th Annual Saunders Scholars Competition
RIT's Saunders College of Business Welcomes YEA!
For more than ten years, Saunders College of Business has been a proud partner of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!). Although Saunders will miss having the competition on campus, we are excited to virtually host the 13th Annual Saunders Scholars Competition on Saturday, June 26, 2021.
The entire competition, semifinals, and finals will be streamed live at noon on YEA!’s YouTube and Facebook channels. The Finals will be aired live on FOX Rochester, Spectrum Cable channel 7, Satellite (DirecTV and Dish) channel 31, over-the-air channel 31.1 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. The Finals are also available to YouTube TV subscribers.
We are additionally excited to be offering the YEA! competition winner three free sessions with our top-ranked Simone Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship coaches to help advance their businesses to the next level. All YEA! members are also encouraged to enter for an Amazon Gift Card Giveaway, worth $200 , by inquiring about Saunders business programs.
We are excited for this year’s YEA! competitors and the hard work they have put into their pitches. This year 22 teams from across the country will compete virtually for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and a People’s Choice Award.
Registered viewers from around the country will get the opportunity to vote via text for the $2,000 cash prize People’s Choice Award. Register today to be able to vote!
Saunders College attracts students similar to YEA! members who possess a curiosity that drives them and places a premium on entrepreneurial thinking and innovative solutions. As an active supporter of YEA!, we are proud of the impact YEA! has on transforming local middle and high school students into creative entrepreneurs across the nation and internationally. We have enjoyed this partnership, where we collectively support the vision of E. Philip Saunders in supporting YEA! students , offering scholarships to competition winners, and providing classroom resources for YEA! teachers and advisors .
