Former Finger Lakes Congressman and my dear friend, Bill Paxon, recently sent me this picture of graffiti from Reykjavik, Iceland about Seneca Falls New York. Seneca Falls is in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, home of the National Women’s Hall of Fame and the site of the first Women’s Rights Convention in 1848. Indeed, a well deserved international reputation.
